All of our sugarists are licensed estheticians who receive extensive on-site training and are supported through ongoing performance reviews. Given the rise of competition in the industry, our training and safety standards may be considered over the top, and we like it that way.

But we also know that “all-natural” doesn’t always go all the way when it comes to the look and quality you expect. Sometimes you just need amazing mascara, even if it’s not humanely sourced from squid ink. Trust that we will offer you the best that both natural and mainstream cosmetics have to offer.
You deserve to spend your money in a place that does right by its staff. All Sweet Spot employees who work at least 30 hours a week receive full benefits, including medical, vision, and dental insurance plus retirement matching up to three percent. We take care of you, and we take care of each other, too. It’s who we are and what we do.
You deserve to support a small business that walks its talk. We are proud to be a small, local, woman-owned business. And we are proud to know so many other great small, local businesses, too! We eat their treats, drink their lattes, hang their art on our walls, and sell their amazing products right here in the studio every chance we can.
You deserve to be a part of something bigger. We regularly donate time, products, services, and money to worthy causes near and far. We are constantly discovering and supporting new organizations, but here are a few of our consistent soft spots: gorilla conservation (yes, gorillas!), local art events, local battered women’s organizations, the International Rescue Committee, and the American Cancer Society’s Look Good Feel Better program.
Sure, this is about us. But we wouldn't do any of it if not for you.
